THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This item is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is pathetic, and the layout are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I hoped I'd acquired something decent instead. Save your c
